Sometimes words just come to me, and I need to look up their meaning. That’s how the creative divine can work if you sit still and listen.

"Redux" is a Latin-derived word that means "brought back," "revived," or "restored." It’s often used in titles or branding to signal a return, rebirth, or reimagining of something with renewed purpose or clarity.

So it’s appropriate.

HoneyColony is a startup with 14 years of battle-tested experience—uncensored, unbought, and unapologetically ahead of its time. But you see, a honeybee cannot live more than 24 hours without her hive. It takes mutual effort to make honey. I have all the necessary ingredients for success and $70,000 worth of inventory. I am looking for an operations Person to ensure the back-end systems, people, and processes are dialed in so I can focus on vision, marketing, and content.

Key Responsibilities

🛒 E-Commerce Infrastructure

Oversee and optimize WooCommerce store functionality
Coordinate plugins (subscriptions, payment gateways, shipping modules, security, backups)
Manage integrations (email CRM, inventory, accounting tools)
Ensure smooth product uploads, variations, pricing updates, and product bundles

Order Fulfillment & Logistics

Streamline the fulfillment process
Oversee shipping settings, returns, and customer experience
Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers or 3PLs

Team & Contractor Management

Liaise with vendors and re-do terms
Create SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Ensure team accountability and performance

Metrics, Reporting, & Optimization

Track KPIs: sales, cart abandonment, LTV, churn, CAC, refund rates
Manage dashboards and analytics
Use insights to refine workflows, promotions, or conversion paths

Ideal Traits

Strong background in WooCommerce and WordPress
Familiarity with e-commerce plugins (e.g., Woo Subscriptions, ShipStation, Klaviyo, etc.)
Tech Savvy
Can build SOPs, delegate tasks, and own the backend
Experience in natural products, wellness, or alt-health industries
