The government wants to seal the evidence. Forever. That’s right, if they get their way, and they likely will, we will never know what happened in the law library between Derek Chauvin and John Turscak.

In late December 2022, the United States filed a motion for a protective order in connection to the stabbing carried out by “former” FBI Informant John Turscak. Here, we have yet another Gordian Knot just like the initiatory George Floyd Operation.

"The United States respectfully requests that the court issue an order that provides that Derek Chauvin's medical records, surveillance footage from FCI-Tucson, and photos of the crime scene ... shall not... be disclosed to anyone" other than attorneys and investigators on the case.

Circa Black Friday 2023, Turscak stabbed Chauvin 22 times with an improvised knife and was promptly indicted on one count of Attempted Murder, Assault with Intent to Commit Murder, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, and Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.

According to the court documents, the seal would include:
